Hi there
My Happy Plate started at home, with me—a father of two young children who simply wanted to protect what goes into their bodies, starting with something as everyday as the plate they eat from.
As I looked around, I realised most childrens plates are made from plastic, silicone, or wood. While they’re common, they didn’t sit right with me. Plastics and some silicones can release unwanted chemicals over time, especially with heat and daily use. Wooden plates, although natural, tend to stain, absorb food, and can be difficult to keep truly clean.
That made me stop and think: why should something as basic as a plate add risk to my children’s health? I wanted a better option—something safe, durable, and easy to maintain. Something that didn’t hold onto stains or raise concerns about toxins. That’s what led me to create My Happy Plate.
For me, this isn’t just about a product—it is about solving a real, everyday problem. Kids eat multiple times a day, every day. If I could reduce even a small amount of unnecessary exposure, it felt important.
I wanted something I could trust completely—something that supports a healthier lifestyle for my children.
My Happy Plate is my way of giving families a safer, cleaner choice—because the little things we use daily can make a big difference over time.
